There will be divisions for all age groups and ability levels to keep the competition small and fair. (See the schedule for details.)

The Tournament is being held in the Calvary Christian Academy in Ormond Beach, Florida.

| Early | $79 for 1 or 2 events, $25 for each additional event (Mar 31, 2025 - Apr 28, 2025) |
| Standard | $89 for 1 or 2 events, $30 for each additional event (Apr 29, 2025 - May 19, 2025) |
| Late | $99 for 1 or 2 events, $35 for each additional event (May 20, 2025 - May 26, 2025) |
